Placing Your Order
In the Order Notes box on the checkout page, please include the following information:
- Your website URL
- WordPress dashboard username
- WordPress dashboard password
- Name of your hosting company
- Host username
- Host password
Customization Information
- One revision is included if the custom work was not originally completed to your satisfaction.
- Turnaround time for theme customization is 5 to 10 business days (not including weekends) unless we specify otherwise in an email to you. You will be notified prior to purchase if the turnaround time for your customizations will be longer than normal – typically only applicable for extensive customizations.
- Expedited turnaround option: Your customization will be completed in 1-2 business days.
- If for any reason you cannot provide your hosting information, please contact us to make other arrangements. This may incur a fee since there is additional work required if we are unable to log in through your host.
